Applicants must be legal residents of Howard County, Maryland.

To determine your eligibility, you must be able to answer Yes to the following questions:

1) Are you a legal resident of Howard County, Maryland?

2) For families: Do you make less than $50,000 or less per year?

3) For Individual: Do you make $30,000 or less?

This program is funded in part by The Columbia Foundation. Our grant stipulates that we serve

residents of Howard County.

I know other people who would be interested in the program who live in Howard County,

can they apply?

Yes, definitely. Please have your friends, colleagues contact The Green Building Institute for an application.

When will I hear if my application has been accepted?

You will be notified within 2-3 weeks of submitting your application.

My application has been accepted.What should I bring?

Paper or notebook, pencils/pens, water bottle, and your questions.

I don't have a car. How do I get to The Green Building Institute?

Closest bus line and stop: Silver line drops off in front of the Maryland Food Center

near The Enviro-Center (the building which houses The Green Building Institute).
