How do I make my initial bid?

           1) Email auction@greenbuildinginstitute.org
           2) Include Item # & bid amount in subject field
           3) Copy message body format below* and replace with your contact info.

           4) You will receive a confirmation email confirming your bid.

***After the initial bid, all subsequent bids for the same item can just include the bid amount in the subject field of the email.

             Example Bid:  (Please copy the format below and change to your info for your initial bid):

Please note our website update has a lag time of 1-2 minutes.

Auction rules:

• Highest bid will be updated at the top of this page ("Current High Bid") .
• Highest bidder at end of auction wins and will be contacted by email within 4 hours of bidding closing.
• Bids only accepted via e-mail to auction@greenbuildinginstitute.org
• Payment by check (preferred) or credit card expected within 48-72 hours of winning.
• Credit card payments incur a 4.75% processing charge.
